Airbag Refold Instruction

The Head

1. Lay the vest face down with the head side towards you, ensuring the head airbag is flat.
2. Fold the vest into a shape that matches the photo, ensuring symmetry.
3. Fold the bottom two petals up to the shown line.
4. Fold up again to the shown line.
5. Fold up once again so that the airbag resembles a triangle.
6. Now take the top piece.
7. Fold down to where it touches the bottom piece without overlapping.
8. Fold down again.
9. Fold both sides in, tucking them under the top piece, following the photos.
10. Fit the airbag into the cover and buckle all clips to enclose the airbag.

The Hip

1. Lay the vest face up with the head side away from you, ensuring the hip airbag is flat.
2. Fold the airbag halfway up.
3. Grab the top portion of the center piece and pull down, creating a crease underneath it.
4. Repeat the process for all 5 pieces.
5. Starting from the left, fold the piece down, making sure to leave enough space as indicated by the yellow arrows.
6. Tuck the airbag into the pocket beneath it and snap the buttons.
7. Repeat the process for all the pieces until the pocket is completely closed.

Cartridges

1. Locate the cartridges inside the vest.
2. Simultaneously press the release buttons, as indicated by the arrow in the photo, to detach the terminal cable. Unscrew the cartridge from the plastic head.
3. Now, with the new cartridge, screw it into the plastic head. Make sure it is screwed in completely.
4. Plug in the terminal cable.
5. Insert the cartridge into the pocket and secure it by closing the Velcro.
