Return Policy: At Persoanl Protection Airbag, we are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the unique nature of airbag devices, our return policy has specific criteria.

30-Day Return Window for Unopened Packages: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return, provided the package remains unopened.

Return Eligibility for Unopened Items: Returns are only accepted for items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to the special characteristics of airbag safety, we cannot accept returns once the seal of the package is broken. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of our products for all customers.

Starting a Return for Unopened Items: To initiate a return of an unopened item, please contact us at contact@personalprotectionairbag.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

Return Process: After confirming that your item is unopened, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization or that have been opened will not be accepted.
